Importer Responsibility

Unless otherwise stated at checkout or in a written quotation, the recipient is responsible for confirming import requirements and paying charges assessed by customs authorities, carriers, or brokers.

Classification and Documentation

We provide commercial shipping documentation based on order details. Final classification, valuation, admissibility, and charges are determined by the applicable authorities.

Delays

Customs inspections and requests for information can extend delivery times. These delays are outside the carrier's standard transit estimate.
